Ashley is a nonprofit strategist and communicator passionate about mobilizing the local church to serve vulnerable communities around the world. She currently serves as the Communications Director for Finishing the Task, where she leads messaging strategy to support global church collaboration.
With more than a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership, Ashley previously served as Communications Director for Purpose Driven Church and The PEACE Plan, overseeing strategic communications across web, email, social media, and video. During her time at Saddleback Church, she also led two of the church’s Signature Ministries — the HIV/AIDS Initiative and the global Orphan Care Initiative — mobilizing hundreds of church volunteers to launch ministries in their local contexts.
Beyond her full-time roles, Ashley has contributed nonprofit strategy and marketing to organizations such as The Grameen Foundation, TOMS, Participant Media, Love Has No Limits, Missions.Me, The Riverside Project, and the Initiative for Vulnerable Children — helping each sharpen their message, deepen their impact, and reach the right audiences with purpose and clarity.
Ashley holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Southern California and a Master of Theological Studies from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. She brings a unique blend of strategy, storytelling, and mission-minded leadership to every project — helping churches and nonprofits turn vision into action.
